Traditional “Caravan of festivities”, organised by the Herceg Novi Tourism board, will once again bring its distinctive seaside spirit of fun this summer, with authentic flavours and unique competitive experiences set to Mediterranean rhythms.
Every Friday throughout July and August, and on the last Saturday in August, visitors will have the chance to enjoy coastal festivals that celebrate the tradition and hospitality of the town beneath Mount Orjen.
The caravan is conceived as a “travelling feast” that blends music, dance, Boka’s gastronomic offerings, and unusual prize games; it will give attendees a taste of the authentic Boka way of life at attractive locations along the Herceg Novi Riviera, as well as at Rose and Žanjice, during the summer months.
“Karavan fešti” is our way of bringing tradition closer to every event visitor, especially tourists, while at the same time sending the world the most beautiful postcard from Herceg Novi. In small settlements along the riviera — Đenovići, Baošići, Bijela, Kumbor and Savina — festivities start at 20:00, at Rose at 17:00, and at Žanjice at 16:00. Admission and tastings are free.
