PROMOTION OF THE BOOK "TOUCHES AND PERMEATIONS"

Bosiljka Boka Pušić’s posthumously published poetry collection “Touches and Permeations” will be presented tonight (October 21) in the foyer of the “Park” hall.

The publication of the book was agreed with Bosiljka Boka Pušić as early as October 2022, and immediately after that with the authorities in the Herceg Novi Secretariat for Culture and Education, who then and now supported the printing of this edition. Other events, especially the unexpected departure of Professor Boka in October 2023, postponed the intention to publish her selection of poetry, which had already been prepared for the press, with an unusual review by Momir Mićunović, which greatly pleased Boka. But the promise and agreement were not forgotten.

The Herceg Novi Theater was chosen as the publisher, with good reason. Boka gave the strong initial impetus to the restoration of the Theater four decades ago, and she followed the work of the city theater for many years. The date chosen for the promotion is when we celebrate City Day, because Bosiljka Pušić deservedly received the October Award in 2023.

At the promotion scheduled for tonight at 7 pm in the foyer of the “Park” hall, Milina Kovačević, reviewer Momir Mićunović, director of the City Library Jasna Maslan, Toni Pušić and Vitka Vujnović will speak on behalf of the Hercegnov Theater. Selected verses will be recited by Dragana Vlaović and Mia Antunović, and musical numbers by Bosiljka Kulišić and Nikolas Moretija.
