Two more festivals await us in Herceg Novi in September: the 19th Herceg Novi Comic Festival and the 9th Clapa Festival, as well as theater, film, music and literary programs.
And during this month we will enjoy the “Jutro uz klapu”, and a special program will celebrate the birthday of Mirko Komnenović, the famous Herceg Novi mayor and philanthropist, as well as the Days of European Cultural Heritage.
