STREET RACE FOR THE LIBERATION OF HERCEG NOVI

In the organization of the Herceg Novi Triathlon Club, and under the auspices of the Municipality of Herceg Novi, on October 25, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m., the Street Race for the Liberation of Herceg Novi will be held as a gift to fellow citizens.
The street race for the liberation of Herceg Novi is a sports and recreational event intended for all ages, as part of which a set distance of 5000m is run along the Pet Danica promenade, from Tito Vila Park to Boka Beach and back.
Saturday, October 25:
08.00 – 09.00: Gathering of participants and collection of start packages (first 120 registered participants)
09.00 – 09.30: Last-minute registration (if there are free places)
10.00: Start of the street race for the liberation of Herceg Novi (5km)
11:15 a.m.: Awards ceremony and recognition of the fastest
On the day of the race, in the period from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., starting numbers will be issued exclusively to the first 120 registered participants.
After 9:00 a.m., and if there are free seats, registration will be possible on the spot, that is, for those who are registered after the first 120 participants.
We cannot guarantee participation to registered participants who have not received their starting numbers by 9:00 a.m.
Route: The start of the race is in Tito Vila park in Igalo and it is run along the Pet Danica promenade to Boke beach and back.
Awards:
-The three fastest participants in the general classification receive trophies of the street race for the liberation of Herceg Novi, as well as cash prizes of 300/200/100 EUR (gross amount);
-The three fastest participants by age category (in male and female competition) receive diplomas;
-All participants who successfully finish the race receive a unique finisher’s medal;

Rules:
-Each participant is obliged to wear his starting number with a chip attached to his shirt or belt on the front;
-Improper wearing of the starting number can cause non-reading at el. measuring time;
-Running shirtless with bare torso is strictly prohibited (automatic disqualification);
-Interfering with other competitors during the race may result in disqualification;
-Competitors who do not run the predefined route (shortening the course) will be automatically disqualified;
-Winners in the general ranking and by age categories can receive their trophies and awards exclusively in person during the awards ceremony;
-You participate at your own risk;
