PLAY “I THINK WE NEED TO TALK”
The play “I think we need to talk” based on the works of Ingmar Bergman, will be performed on Sunday, November 2, at 8 p.m., on the stage of the Park Hall.
Text: Dragana Tripković
Director: Danilo Marunović
The world we live in has become gray, virtual, and disembodied, a world of absolute digital turn. Generations shaped by Bitcoin, “Glov” and online learning have lost touch with traditional values: religion, love, family.
This play, inspired by Bergman’s iconic “Scenes from Married Life”, brings a contemporary story set in today’s Montenegro, a story about people trying to find meaning in a world without empathy, in a time when algorithms teach us how to feel…
This play is a resistance to alienation.
Resistance to digital.
Praise of humanity, intimacy and love.
Because no AI can measure the meaning of life.
The meaning is – art, children and love.
There is nothing digital about this play. Everything is theatrical. Everything is true.
Tickets at the price of 8 euros are available at the box office of Dvorana Park as well as on the website hercegfestulaznice.me
