“Night of the full moon”, in its 23rd edition, as a traditional manifestation will be held from January 30 to February 1, organized by the Subra Mountaineering Club.

The unique nighttime experience of climbing the Subra, enjoying the view of the Dalmatian islands, and the crown of Prokleti in the east, from which the sun shines down on us, are just some of the attractive segments that await you on this magical journey.

Participants are accommodated in a home in Vratlo, which requires a bag and personal equipment. We start the gathering on Friday in the afternoon.

The ascent is during the night from Saturday to Sunday. The ascent requires winter equipment and experience in using it. In the following days, the forecast shows precipitation, a drop in temperature, and snow cover that can be expected by then. We will announce more detailed information and the final result on Wednesday (January 28, 2026), by which time applications for participation are also possible.

The organizer provides a hot meal after the ascent, and the participation fee is 5 euros. The organizer also reserves the possibility of postponing the ascent, if the weather conditions are unfavorable.
