This year, Herceg Novi will also be part of the international event “Night of Fortresses”, which promotes sustainable development and environmental responsibility through cultural and educational programs and continues to connect cultural heritage with sustainable practices.

On Friday, May 8, in the impressive setting of the Forte Mare fortress, all interested visitors will have a unique opportunity to enjoy a meaningful and unusual program imbued with history, art and music.

10 a.m. – SITULA HOLIDAY, Novo Mesto, Slovenia

Festival of Prehistoric Life and Art of Situla:

– exhibition of bronze vessels (situla)

– creative workshops (making situlas, leather and glass bracelets)

– social games and depiction of life from 2500 years ago

– hosting of the Dolenjski Museum

9 p.m. – Alt Capella, acoustic concert of medieval music (doors open at 8 p.m.)
