From February 20 to 22, 2026, Herceg Novi will host the International Pool Tournament – Mimoza Open Herceg Novi 2026, which is being organized for the third year in a row as part of the 57th Mimosa Festival. This prestigious sports event will bring together the best players from the region, and this year it has a record number of participants.

The tournament will be played in two billiard clubs – BK Portus (Pođanski put 2, Podi) and BK Predator HN (Nikole Ljubibratića 28, Topla). The start of the competition is scheduled for Friday, February 20, at 2:00 p.m., while the final will be played on Sunday.

The competition is organized according to the scheme of 128 players, with a knockout phase of 64, and the right to participate is for competitors aged 10 to 70 years. The tournament will feature players from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, which gives this event a strong international character.

Applications are open until Wednesday, February 18, at 8:00 p.m., after which the competition scheme will be drawn. Those interested can apply via Instagram or in person at the host pool clubs.

During three days, the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy top billiards matches and get to know some of the best players of this sport in the region.

The general sponsor of the tournament is the Municipality of Herceg Novi, while the realization of the event will be additionally supported by local businessmen, through financial assistance and sponsorship vouchers.

Mimoza Open Herceg Novi 2026 once again confirms that Herceg Novi is becoming a recognizable regional center of billiard sports and an attractive host of significant sports events.
