The 42nd international art music festival Days of Music will open on July 10 at 9 p.m. at Kanli Tower.
The festival will be opened by Braća Teofilović and Miroslav Tadić, who will present the project “Vidarica” – a unique combination of traditional songs from the Balkans in a modern interpretation, which has been going on and winning audiences across the region for more than a decade.

The festival lasts until July 20, and the program includes: a concert by the opera divas Boka in honor of the founder of the chair of solo singing in Montenegro, Mirela Šćasna, a performance by the “Bassonegro” ensemble, an evening of chamber music, the opera “Carmen, a tragedy” adapted by Peter Brook, a performance by the piano duo Marija Bajalica and Marija Đukić, and then the Vietnamese piano duo Le Ho Hai and Nquyen Nat Quy. The festival will close with a concert by the celebrated pianist Boris Kraljević and the soprano Nancy Yuen from Singapore.
As part of the Days of Music, there will also be an exhibition in memory of Milica Miladinović, the champion of the Belgrade Opera who was originally from Herceg Novi, from Luštica. The exhibition will be opened in the “Park” hall on July 12 at 9 p.m.
