The tradition of bućanje on Orjen continues with the organization of the 11th show bućar championship on the Orjen saddle on Sunday, August 10, on a hill that differs from the usual ones in many ways: the highest altitude in the country (1600 m), the mountain setting inside the Orjen Nature Park, and the rustic co-wall fence of the bućar terrain.
All this, along with socializing and cheering, makes this event recognizable and the atmosphere unique. The championship has a regional character, and is open both to members of Bućarski clubs and to other fans of this sport, as well as the traditional games of our coast. MC Subra is the host and organizer, since the Bućarski Zog is also located within the “Orjen Sedlo” mountain lodge, but from the technical aspect, it has been Herceg Novi BC Val since day one.

The audience is always welcome, so depending on the affinity, visitors can watch the competition and take a walk around the area, and hikers are also recommended to climb one of the surrounding peaks, where Veliki Kabao (1894 m), the highest point of the coastal Dinarides and the entire Adriatic coast, stands out.
