Poet Nina Krivokapić will present to the audience her three collections of poetry – “Bonaca za dušu”, “Boka u meni” and “Šesna” on Friday, October 2, starting at 7 pm in the foyer of Park Hall.

This evening will be an opportunity to meet Boka as space, memory, identity and emotion through Nina’s verses, but also with a young author whose poetry arises from the need to record what she feels, thinks and recognizes as important. Nina Krivokapić Bakrač was born on August 27, 1996 in Kotor, and her origin and heart are tied to Herceg Novi and Boka. Although today she lives and works in Podgorica, Boka remains one of the most important places in her personal and poetic identity.

“Boka is my identity. Everything that I am. She is my home, family, friends, a lot of memories, my grandmother and my grandfather,” said Nina in one of her earlier interviews, describing the connection with the climate from which she comes. Boka, as she points out, is her “identity card” wherever she is.

In addition to poetry, Nina Krivokapić Bakrač is academically and professionally dedicated to youth issues and youth politics. He is currently attending doctoral studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Podgorica.

In addition to the author, journalist and publicist Vitka Vujnović and Dijana Krivokapić, editor of the JUK “Herceg Fest” literary programs, will participate in the promotion.
