Refreshment in Herceg Novi in the hottest month of the year takes place on July 10, when the 43rd International Art Music Festival begins.

Days of Music will bring ten concerts selected by artistic director Boris Kraljević, a pianist, who, according to good custom, will perform in the city where he acquired his first knowledge of music and the piano. His concert with the Camerata orchestra from Herzegovina will take place at the opening ceremony in the Park Hall.

Camerata Herceg Novi will perform in a smaller composition on National Day in the Church of St. Jerome, under the leadership of conductor Ivan Velikanov.

International, as well as eminent artists from Montenegro, will perform night after night to the delight of the audience, who cherish this festival very carefully.

We are also looking forward to the rare opportunity to hear world-renowned guitarist Goran Krivokapić, who lives and works in Germany, in his Herceg Novi.

Traditionally, Days of Music open space for young, talented and award-winning musicians in the “Youth Podium” evening.

At the very end, on July 20, a world attraction from Slovenia, the a capella choir Perpetum Jazzile, will come to Herceg Novi, which will perform in the most beautiful resort on the Adriatic coast.

The festival is held under the auspices of the Municipality of Herceg Novi, the Ministry of Culture and Media of Montenegro, the support of the Tourist Organization and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Podgorica, and Herceg Fest’s partners in the implementation of the festival are the Music School of Herceg Novi and Portonovi.
